Sunday, November 25th
"THE PROMISE OF HEALING THROUGH RESTORATIVE JUSTICE". Rev. Dr. Jamie Scott will speak at 12pm in the seminar room of the United
Church, where a light lunch will be provided. Sometimes a criminal offender who feels genuine remorse for the hurt they have
caused wishes to reach out to his victims. And sometimes victims and their families desire an opportunity to tell their story.
Steve Bell Concert
Save the date!! Steve Bell is coming to Bracebridge on November 29th. He will be performing at Pinegrove Fellowship Church at
295 Taylor Ave at 7:30 p.m. Steve is a Christian singer/songwriter and story teller. Tickets are available in the office
for $20.00. If you have never been to a Steve Bell concert see Tracy in the office for a free sample CD.
Chili Cook Off
On December 2nd after the 10:30am service we will be having a “Parish Chili Cook Off”. 6 people from the parish will be making chili
for us to judge. Donations are being accepted to help fund the Messy Church Christmas party and gifts at that time. Please come out
for some fellowship and to judge for your favorite chili!!
The ACW annual Christmas Fair will be held on Saturday December 8th from 10am till 2pm in Browning Hall. We would appreciate
donations of gently used dress scarves, purses, belts, jewelry, books. Also, we are looking to increase our baking tables this year
so please FIRE UP YOUR OVENS!! Contact Margot at 645-5467 with any donations you may have.
Rob and Connie Knighton’s bible study is on Thursday nights at 7pm at their residence. All Are welcome.
Rev. Kelly’s Bible Study
Rev. Kelly’s bible study starts at 11am on Fridays. We are studying 1st Corinthians. All Are Welcome.
Forward Day By Day
Are available at the back of the church. $1.00 each please.
You only have to donate the time it takes to buy the cards!! We all eat, we all buy groceries, we all have birthday, and we all
buy gas. So why not buy your groceries with pre-paid cards for YIGS or Food Basics? You can get them right here at the church on
Sunday mornings after the service or in the office during the week. This is one way that we can all contribute to fundraising here
at St. Thomas’!
We now have Tim Horton’s cards in denominations of $15 or $25 dollars! Please see Tracy during office hours or Catherine Thompson
and Mary Mitchell after Sunday service in Browning Hall. Doing a big spring home renovation? We have Home Depot cards too!

Altar Guild - is in the greatest need of assistance!
Garden Group - Volunteers welcome for spring through autumn seasons; help when you can, call Tracy at 705-645-3486 for
Projectionist - positions available for the 10:30am service on Sundays; rotation basis
Sunday Coffee Hour Hosts - greatly needed for the fourth Sunday of each month
Sympathy Teas - a great need for volunteers to bake at home or set up or serve or clean up. If you think you would be able
